Opportunity to join a stable work team. **GENERAL INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE** We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Maintenance Officer**, skilled in facility maintenance, to help keep our spaces **safe, functional, and in optimal condition**. If you have experience in **masonry, plumbing, painting, or general maintenance**, this may be an excellent opportunity to join a stable work team. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on infrastructure**, ensuring facilities remain **operational, safe, and well-presented**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute **preventive maintenance** to avoid facility failures. * Respond to **corrective maintenance requests**, such as water leaks, broken glass, or detached finishes. * Carry out work in **masonry, plumbing, painting, aluminum, and glazing**. * Prepare **lists of materials and supplies** required for repairs. * Maintain **control and safekeeping of work tools**. * Leave **intervened areas clean and orderly**. * Comply with **safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)**. ***TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE*** **Masonry and Finishes** * Preparing mixtures (concrete, mortar, plaster) * Repairing cracks and patching * Installing floors and tiles * Waterproofing **Plumbing** * Installing and repairing pipes (PVC, CPVC, copper, or PPR) * Maintaining bathroom fixtures, sinks, and flow meters * Detecting and repairing leaks **Aluminum and Glazing** * Adjusting and repairing aluminum window and door frames * Replacing glass and hardware * Sealing with silicone **Painting** * Surface preparation * Applying vinyl paint, enamels, and varnishes **Basic Electricity (Desirable)** * Replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches **Tool Handling** * Hand tools: hammer, trowels, level, Stillson wrenches, rivet gun. * Power tools: drill, rotary hammer, angle grinder, polisher. * Basic welding knowledge. **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 am – 5:30 pm * **Saturday:** 9:00 am – 2:00 pm * **Sunday:** 6:30 am – 2:00 pm * **With one weekday off.** Salary: $19,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
