Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with construction experience and specialization in LEAN Construction to implement methodologies, manage systems, and optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of Lean methodology and management of the Last Planner System 2. Process and outcome optimization 3. Scheduling with Microsoft Project and optimized workflows **Project Location**: Puerto Vallarta, Jal. **Education**: Civil Engineer or related degree with construction experience and specialization in LEAN Construction practices and methodologies **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience. **Responsibilities:** · Implementation of Lean methodology · Management of the Last Planner System · Scheduling with Microsoft Project. · Optimized workflows. · Coordination with counterpart. · Weekly closing meetings. · Process and outcome optimization, among others. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
