Position Summary: Provide operational support to the billing department by capturing, reviewing, and organizing information, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and tax requirements. Support in the use of electronic invoicing systems **Position Objective:** Provide operational support to the billing department by capturing, performing basic review, and organizing information, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and applicable tax requirements, while simultaneously developing competencies in administrative and tax processes. **Responsibilities:** * Perform basic review of billing information (prices, quantities, and customer data). * Support data entry for generating electronic invoices (CFDI). * Organize, archive, and control physical and digital billing documents. * Identify simple billing errors and report them to the responsible person. * Meet established deadlines for invoice issuance and delivery. * Collaborate with procurement and accounting departments on administrative tasks. * Support the use of electronic invoicing systems. * Verify that invoices meet basic tax requirements (RFC, use of CFDI, payment method, etc.). * Follow internal departmental policies and procedures. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in Accounting or a related field * Must have optional insurance Type of position: Part-time Salary: Starting at $6,000\.00 per month Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedules * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
