Clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns located in public areas into appropriate disposal containers. Inspect furniture condition and check for breaks, tears, or stains, and report damages. Clean and maintain lighting fixtures. Place caution signs to reduce foot traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly if urgent repairs are needed. Respond promptly to guest requests and those from other departments. Identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support team to reach common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move at a pace required to respond to work situations (e.g., running, walking, jogging). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
