




We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated **Recruitment and Selection Manager** to lead our talent acquisition strategies. This role is critical to aligning our human resources policies with the company’s strategic objectives and fostering a strong, positive organizational culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies. * Supervise a team of 9 recruiters. * Ensure achievement of performance indicators. * Oversee **internal recruitment** processes. * Guarantee compliance with hiring **timelines**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (degree and professional license required). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. * Executive appearance. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in talent management. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively. * Willingness to travel and relocate. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of 50,000. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities and continuous training. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
