If you are passionate about leading change, developing talent, and building high-performance cultures in global environments, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Activities** * Translate global strategies into HR action plans aligned with each function. * Serve as the liaison between functional teams and the global HR team. * Design and implement succession planning, leadership development, and performance management programs. * Drive corporate talent attraction and retention strategies. * Lead organizational transformation initiatives, digitalization, diversity, and inclusion. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations. * Advise leaders on resolving complex labor conflicts. * Analyze HR metrics to generate strategic reports and make data-driven decisions. * Coordinate multicultural teams on high-impact projects. Experience * 3 to 4 years as an HRBP or in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies. * Experience collaborating with manufacturing and supply chain areas. * Desired experience leading regional teams in multicultural environments. Knowledge * Talent management (9-box, performance, succession, development). * Labor legislation, payroll, and global best practices. * Data analysis tools. * Digital transformation and cultural change.
