




**General Information** * **Position:** Human Resources Coordinator * **Department:** Human Resources * **Reports to:** General Management * **Supervises:** Hotel Security * **Location:** Carretera a Colotlán 1701 **Position Purpose** Coordinate and supervise activities related to human talent management at the hotel, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and labor regulations. Foster a positive work environment, promoting the professional and personal development of employees to achieve organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment and Selection:** * Manage the talent attraction and selection process, from job posting to hiring. * Ensure new employees meet required legal and administrative requirements. * **Personnel Administration:** * Supervise the recording and tracking of incidents, including attendance, leave requests, vacations, and disciplinary actions. * Prepare and update employee files. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and social security regulations. * **Labor Relations:** * Promote a healthy work environment and effectively resolve internal conflicts. * Serve as a liaison between employees and Management to ensure effective communication. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and the hotel’s regulations. * **Regulatory Compliance and Legality:** * Monitor compliance with labor laws and the hotel’s internal policies. * Manage employment contracts, settlement agreements (finiquitos), and other related documents. **Position Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in similar roles, preferably in the hospitality or service sector. * Reside near the Tesistán/Colotlán area. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Mexican labor legislation. * Payroll management, incident handling, and attendance control systems. * Recruitment and selection techniques. * **Skills:** * Effective communication and empathy. * Conflict resolution and negotiation. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and leadership. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Key Competencies** * Service orientation. * Adaptability and change management. * Decision-making. * Proactivity and initiative. **Performance Indicators** * Reduction in staff turnover. * Employee satisfaction based on workplace climate surveys. * Average time to fill vacancies.
