Commercial support and sales analysis OBJECTIVE: Provide timely service to existing customers and prospect for and acquire new customers, with the aim of increasing sales to achieve individual and team goals while consistently maintaining the company's positive image. RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS ° Provide service to internal, external, and visiting customers ° Answer customer phone calls ° Prepare quotations and follow up on sales and after-sales ° Ship materials for construction projects (e.g., generate shipping labels, tags, etc.) ° Request invoices; issue materials for installations ° Support sales advisors ° Manage Amazon and Mercado Libre platforms ° Serve customers via digital channels and social media ° Conduct sales analysis and reporting ° Manage and create social media content ° Process purchase orders ° Assist the commercial manager as required ° Participate in meetings or working groups as convened WE OFFER: \* Base salary \+ commissions \+ performance bonuses \* Statutory benefits \* Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Experience: * Interior finishes: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
