Is part of a solid company with 69 years of experience. **ZAPATA** A company with 69 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by *Great Place to Work*. **CAMIONES OTERO** Is seeking: **WORKSHOP MANAGER** **Purpose:** Coordinate and supervise workshop operations, ensuring compliance with performance indicators (KPIs) related to repair times, order closure, and customer satisfaction, thereby guaranteeing efficient and high-quality service. **Requirements:** * Age: Over 28 years old. * Education: Degree in Engineering or Technical Program in Diesel Mechanics. * Experience: Minimum 5 years as a diesel mechanic or in a similar position. * Experience managing service workshops. * Personnel management experience. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **Specific Knowledge:** * Advanced diesel mechanics. * Diagnosis of failures in trucks and tractor-trailers. * Workshop processes and service orders. * KPI management. * Diagnostic systems and ERP systems. * Emission technologies (SCR, EGR, AdBlue). **Skills / Competencies:** * Leadership. * Decision-making. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Problem-solving. * Effective communication. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate technical staff. * Assign service orders. * Ensure repair and order closure timelines. * Monitor performance indicators. * Guarantee quality of completed work. * Implement process improvements. * Train the technical team. **We Offer:** * Base salary: *(to be determined based on experience)*. * Statutory benefits: * Social security. * Vacation days. * Vacation bonus. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Additional benefits: * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Credit union (caja de ahorro). * Training and development. * Job stability. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
