Inspection and identification of operational improvement areas on construction sites A private investment fund administrator for premium real estate projects is seeking talent for the position of: **Maintenance Supervisor.** Experience: 1 year as Maintenance Manager or Supervisor in residential buildings, hotels or offices. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Medium- and low-voltage electricity * Hydropneumatic systems * Fire protection systems * HVAC systems * Cooling systems * Emergency power plant **ACTIVITIES:** * Site visits to inspect installations, equipment, and finishes against drawings. * Site visits to identify operational improvement areas. * Site visits to detect potential hidden defects during project development. * Site visits to identify possible damages. * Preparation of punch lists for areas. * Preparation of punch lists during equipment commissioning. * Review of equipment and area dossier files. * Preparation of reports documenting identified observations.
