Technical support for internal users and preventive maintenance **Prominent innovation and cosmetics laboratory seeks: Information Technology Manager** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Work Location: Tesistán Competitive salary **Responsibilities** * Administer and monitor the company’s technology infrastructure * Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks * Install and configure switches, routers, and access points * Monitor network performance and address incidents * Diagnose and resolve computer equipment failures * Document network configurations and diagrams * Develop and monitor the annual preventive maintenance program * Conduct quarterly inspections of computer equipment and mobile devices * Provide technical support to internal users **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Knowledge of wired and wireless networks **Required Documents** * Degree certificate, professional license, or completion letter Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
