We stand out for our innovation, commitment to quality, and talent development. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper preservation, control, and flow of fruit inventory in refrigerated chambers, guaranteeing compliance with food safety, quality, and cold chain standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational staff and coordinate daily activities. * Manage work schedules and ensure proper operation of the area. * Monitor temperature and cooling conditions. * Reconcile physical inventory with system records (FIFO). * Coordinate product loading, dispatch, and stacking. * Implement and monitor the food safety plan. * Ensure proper equipment usage and prevent operational deviations. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience: 1–3 years in cold chain, warehouse, or similar areas. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory control (FIFO). * Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems.
