**Job Summary/ Misión del Puesto:** Assist in warehouse activities by receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials, products, equipment, and tools to ensure timely deliveries to customers and prompt receipt from suppliers. **Job Contributions and Key Responsabilities/ Contribución y Responsabilidades Clave:** Warehouse * Receive, organize, safeguard, and supply materials, equipment, tools, and products to customers and suppliers. * Receive, inspect, and organize equipment and products acquired by the company. * Assist in the classification, coding, and labeling of goods entering the warehouse. * Record and maintain control of equipment, materials, and products entering and leaving the warehouse. * Assist in conducting physical inventories (cyclical, semi-annual, annual). * Safeguard inventory stored in the warehouse. * Keep warehouse storage areas and aisles clean and unobstructed. * Perform handling operations safely to prevent losses due to improper handling and avoid damage to materials. * Monitor expiration dates of materials to prevent losses due to obsolescence. * Maintain continuous organization of warehouse stock to fulfill user requirements. * Support the implementation of warehouse safety policies and standards. * Deliver materials on-site as needed. Warehouse / Purchasing * Report damaged goods upon receipt to purchasing through the Warehouse Supervisor. * Report any defects in materials or structures to the immediate supervisor. * Monitor physical minimum and maximum material levels to balance production needs with inventory. Suppliers and Daily Operations * Support the Warehouse Supervisor in completing assigned tasks. * Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in the transit or delivery of materials requested from suppliers to the warehouse. * Support the Warehouse Supervisor in promoting a work environment of respect, credibility, and professionalism within the warehouse area during daily operations. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials required by users. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse area. * Identify goods using the FIFO method. * Properly locate merchandise. Compliance * Comply with industrial safety rules and procedures established by the organization. * Use personal protective equipment. * Ensure ethical relationships with suppliers in accordance with organizational values.
