




**We are seeking: Quality Manager** Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with the company's quality assurance, food safety, and workplace safety systems across the entire supply chain. From proper use, handling, and safe operation of raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, personnel, manufacturing processes, and logistics, ensuring product standards, employee well-being, and operations meet established standards; to satisfy our customers and consumers. As well as ensure full compliance with government and regulatory food requirements. **Requirements:** \- Experience as **quality manager** or **quality supervisor** \- Quality management in the food industry, implementation and maintenance of SQF (Levels 2 and 3), leadership in internal/external audits and closure of non-conformities, supplier management, and traceability plans. \- TECHNICAL SKILLS: Design and control of prerequisite programs (GMPs, SOPs, HACCP), Risk analysis and continuous improvement plans (PDCA), Proficiency in quality tools (8SS, Six Sigma, Ishikawa diagrams), Interpretation of legal requirements (FDA, Codex Alimentarius). \- SOFT SKILLS: Leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, Effective communication with subordinates, auditors, clients, and authorities, Problem-solving under pressure, attention to detail, and analytical ability. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Supervision and management of clients, handling complaints and resolving issues. \- Scrap cost analysis. \- KPI indicators and improvement proposals \- Maintain the SQF system and ensure certification, guarantee compliance with GMP, HACCP, and legal requirements, investigate and resolve non-conformities (complaints and rejections), train staff on quality and food safety culture, manage and control documentation and records for audits. \- Administration and knowledge of QMS. \- Participate in the analysis and improvement of process control and effectiveness. \- Lead quality audits \- Coordinate projects for new developments and continuous improvement. \- Implementation and monitoring of good quality practices. \- Management of relationships with co-manufacturers and service to associated companies and their branches. \- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards, as well as timely monitoring of critical processes. **We Offer:** Base salary of $25,000 net monthly Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Work location: Tequila, Jalisco Position type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Where have you worked as a quality manager, and in what types of industries? * Why do you consider yourself the ideal candidate?
