Position Summary: Document, bill, and sell shipping labels while advising customers on courier products and services to generate sales and ensure proper package handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification of package contents and packaging to prevent complications Commercial City: JALISCO Publication Date: Apr 7, 2026 Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 AM–7 PM; Sat 9 AM–2 PM Description: Description General Description: Document, bill, and sell the shipping labels requested by customers when they visit sales points, by verifying packages and advising customers on various products and services, with the goal of generating labels and completing the sale. Responsibilities: 1\.\- Serve customers visiting the sales point to request courier services by providing information on available options, products, services, and costs, in order to offer the service best suited to the customer's needs. 2\.\- Bill and create shipping labels according to destination, service, or product most suitable for the customer using the electronic system (Interactive Command System – ICS), by entering sender and recipient details, thereby generating labels for affixing to packages and subsequent pickup. 3\.\- Verify package contents with the customer, ensuring no prohibited materials are included, and likewise verify proper packaging, to prevent complications during product handling. 4\.\- Assist customers visiting the sales point seeking information about shipments generated on previous days via the tracking system (Intranet); also provide customers with guidance on procedures to follow when contingencies arise regarding the service provided. 5\.\- Prepare sales, billing, or label reports as requested, to report on sales point operations when required. 6\.\- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
