Additional training in operational management, leadership, basic finance, customer service, or restaurant management will be valued. Certificates or diplomas in business unit administration are preferred.** Experience: **Minimum 2 years of verifiable leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors—preferably within casual dining, family restaurants, themed bars, or chain establishments.
