Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Management System Coordinator to manage, implement, update, and maintain QMS processes, ensuring compliance with the ISO-9001-2015 standard. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and implements the ISO-9001-2015 Quality Management System 2. Coordinates audits, corrective actions, and follow-up meetings of the QMS 3. Analyzes quality indicators and handles customer complaints At Transvive, a company dedicated to personnel transportation, we are looking for your talent as: ***Quality Management System Coordinator.*** Position Objective: To manage, implement, establish, update, and maintain the processes required for the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with the current **ISO\-9001\-2015** standards, promoting continual improvement and efficiency across all organizational processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish and monitor the **annual internal and external audit program** for the QMS. * Analyze audit results and implement **corrective, preventive, and improvement actions**. * Coordinate and monitor **work meetings, management reviews, and QMS follow-up meetings**. * Maintain an updated **quality indicator database** and evaluate goal achievement. * Plan the **annual definition of quality objectives and indicators**. * Supervise and ensure compliance with the **Quality Management System**. * Coordinate the handling and follow-up of **customer complaints**. * Participate in the analysis of **nonconformities** and fulfillment of agreements with interested parties. **Ideal Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field. * **Technical Tools:** Document control and record control, corrective actions, statistical techniques. * **Skills:** Assertive communication, planning * Prior experience in QMS leadership or related role is preferred. **We Offer:** * Monthly nominal salary of $21,000. * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund **Location:** Gavilanes \#30, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. * **Interested candidates may apply via this platform or email rh@transvivegdl.com.mx** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $21,000\.00 \- $21,400\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
