Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and autonomous administrator to lead administrative and financial operations, optimize processes, and generate key information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the business's administrative and financial operations 2. Establish order, tracking, and structure to support decision-making 3. Highly proactive individual capable of engaging directly in operational activities Position Objective: Take charge of the business's administrative operations by establishing order, tracking, and structure, as well as delivering clear and timely information to support management decision-making. Main Responsibilities: * Administrative and financial control * **Invoicing and bank reconciliations** * Inventory management (tax-focused) and cost control * **Preparation of monthly reports and closings** * Tracking of domestic and international suppliers * **Organization and control of administrative processes** * Proposal of process improvements and cost optimization Candidate Profile: We seek a highly proactive individual capable of engaging directly in business operations, understanding how the company functions, and anticipating needs. It is essential that this candidate requires minimal supervision, follows up promptly on pending items, and generates useful information for decision-making. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * **Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or finance** * Experience in tax-related inventory management (mandatory) * **Experience in import or distribution companies** * Proficiency in invoicing, banking, and cost management * **Advanced Excel skills** * Organized, analytical profile with strong follow-up orientation Location: Col.
