Main Responsibilities: * Administrative and financial control * **Billing and bank reconciliations** * Inventory management (tax-focused) and cost control * **Preparation of monthly reports and closings** * Tracking of national and international suppliers * **Organization and control of administrative processes** * Proposal of process improvements and cost optimization Candidate Profile: We seek a highly proactive individual capable of engaging directly in business operations, understanding how the company functions, and anticipating needs. It is essential that the candidate requires no constant supervision, follows up promptly on pending tasks, and generates useful information for decision-making. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * **Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or finance** * Experience in tax-related inventory management (mandatory) * **Experience in import or distribution companies** * Proficiency in billing, banking, and cost management * **Advanced Excel skills** * Organized, analytical profile with strong follow-up orientation Location: Col.
