Implementation of continuous improvements and quality audits in processes ***Recruitment Coordination*** **Hybrid modality \| Monday to Friday** **2P Capital Humano is seeking a Recruitment Leader** to coordinate talent attraction processes and supervise the operational recruitment team. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Experience coordinating recruitment teams * Experience in end-to-end talent attraction, from sourcing to hiring * Proficiency in recruitment platforms and ATS * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and KPIs **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive vacancy management * Coordination and follow-up of the recruitment team * Supervision of performance indicators * Client follow-up and warranty process tracking * Quality audits of interviews and processes * Team development and training * Coordination of psychometric assessments and employment references * Implementation of continuous improvements **Key Competencies:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Organization and time management * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Problem solving **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 MXN per month (take-home pay) * Statutory benefits * Performance bonuses * Hybrid modality (office attendance twice per month, at Punto Sur location), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM We seek candidates with a strategic mindset, operational leadership capabilities, and passion for talent attraction.
