Responsible for cost and budget management to ensure margins **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **COST AND BUDGET MANAGER** Adhere to policies and procedures established by the production technical team to achieve optimal costs and margins aligned with company growth. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely and transparent procurement of material quotations to maintain a reliable database. * Ensure unit price analyses are applied in budgets in alignment with Corporate Cost and Budget standards to achieve standardization. * Monitor and approve estimates to ensure compliance with established policies. * Ensure estimate sheets meet margins set by management to determine or recommend housing sale prices. * Monitor incurred costs to ensure they do not exceed budgeted amounts, thereby safeguarding plaza management’s targeted returns. * Sign contracts with contractors and service providers for legal purposes. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role * Experience in unit pricing * Experience in calculating construction volumes * Control of estimates and change orders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD * Experience with Opus, Neodata, and Enkontrol * Strong interpersonal skills * Managerial capabilities * Analytical mindset, results-oriented * Professional appearance **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Excellent work environment * Career development and growth opportunities * Training programs
