REQUIREMENTS: Primary education Minimum 6 months of experience RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect the area refrigerator and cold storage unit to verify inventory levels. Inspect the cutting area to validate presentation and temperature of cuts. Monitor production of the Peruvian cylinder. Grill cuts requested by waitstaff. Submit inventory results to the Grill Supervisor. Perform area cleaning.
