Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer for a metalworking company with experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and product launches. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in HPDC aluminum die-casting and CNC machining. 2. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, Lean Manufacturing. 3. Experience in new product launches and continuous improvement. Metalworking company is seeking: Process Engineer * Requirements: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering degree (or related field) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Willingness to rotate shifts (Shift 1 and Shift 2) every fifteen days Experience in managing KPIs and machine parameters for HPDC aluminum die-casting equipment; manufacturing processes preferably in aluminum die-casting (HPDC), CNC machining, and finishing or assembly processes. Experience in new product launches and process improvement. Technical knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and GD&T, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, aluminum materials and metallurgy (preferred), automotive or industrial manufacturing processes.
