Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust **Job Objective** Design and optimize manufacturing processes by managing improvement projects related to increasing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality and safety. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Identify opportunities and propose improvement ideas that contribute to productivity and process standardization, and ensure the safety of manufactured products. * Upload and keep updated operation recipe information in SAP. * Develop cost reduction projects. * Participate in the planning, design, and execution of manufacturing projects. * Manage and generate information for daily visual management indicator meetings. * Carry out activities required to ensure product, process, and service safety. Experience 1 to 2 years in similar positions. Knowledge * Methods engineering and optimization.
