Demand forecasting and supply chain analysis skills At **Perfect Choice**, we are looking for a **Data Analyst / Focused on the commercial area (Retail, B2B, Wholesale)** What We Offer: * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (Savings Fund, Christmas Bonus, Vacation Bonus, IMSS). * Job stability and a professional work environment * Performance-based bonuses * Monday to Friday working hours (8:00 am to 5:30 pm) * Subsidized cafeteria service * Gross monthly salary * Bi-weekly payment The candidate profile we seek: \* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field. \* Minimum 3 years of experience in CPFR-related roles, specifically within the commercial area. \* Knowledge of: \- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.); an advanced proficiency test will be administered. \- Demand forecasting methodology (statistical, historical, and seasonal models). \- Mandatory: Google Suite/Google Workspace, SQL, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.). \- Familiarity with supply chain processes, planning, and replenishment. \* Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation, effective communication across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders, results-driven and continuous improvement mindset, proactivity and time management, collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities: \- Collect and consolidate sell-out sales and inventory data for each wholesale, retail, and e-commerce platform client. \- Maintain, for each client, detailed information on outstanding orders as well as the 4-month forward forecast to develop collaborative demand forecasting models and forecast attainment based on current inventory levels and ongoing production orders. \- Analyze sales velocity trends for each product to issue alerts to the sales force and anticipate potential issues: inventory imbalances, stockouts, slow-moving items, product discontinuations, etc. \- Analyze inventory levels and aging per product across wholesale and retail accounts. \- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven sales forecasts based on historical data, promotions, and seasonality to monitor and adjust plan adherence. \- Plan demand for new products using historical data when replacing existing ones or leveraging market potential information when launching entirely new products.
