Responsible for coordinating multiple departments (printing, CNC/laser cutting, painting, assembly, electrification, signage application, etc.), guaranteeing finish quality, efficient use of materials (acrylic, Alucobond, metals, vinyl), and secure logistics for delivery or on-site installation. Main Responsibilities * **Workshop Structure and Organization:** * Define and maintain logical project flow: Drawing/order receipt → Cutting/Structuring → Painting → Printing/Signage Application → Assembly and Finishing → Packaging and Logistics. * Prevent bottlenecks between machine teams (large-format printers, routers) and manual labor (assembly, vinyl weeding, detailing). * **Production and Workforce Management:** * Assign workloads to specialized staff (machine operators, welders, painters, sign applicators, assemblers). * Coordinate production timelines based on client delivery schedules and on-site project deadlines. * **Finishing Process:** * Closely supervise the critical assembly and signage application phase (vinyl application, LED module installation, lightbox or totem assembly). * Monitor paint drying and material curing times to avoid delays. * **Quality Control:** * Inspect color fidelity (tone matching), paint quality (no runs or dust), and flawless vinyl application (no bubbles). * Validate structural and electrical (lighting) integrity of signs before workshop release. * **Logistics, Packaging, and Dispatch:** * Establish strict packaging protocols to protect delicate materials (acrylics, automotive paint) during transport. * Coordinate outbound logistics—either for direct client delivery or loading vehicles for installation crews deploying to sites. Recommended Profile (Requirements) * **Academic Background:** Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or extensive verifiable experience in graphic and manufacturing industries. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** \* Familiarity with signage materials (acrylic, PVC, MDF, Alucobond, aluminum, cut and printed vinyl, LED lighting systems). * General understanding of equipment operation (CNC router, laser cutter, printing/cutting plotter, paint booths). * **Key Skills:** Leadership of multidisciplinary teams (technical operators and artisans), high attention to visual finish detail, and ability to resolve technical problems on the spot.
