




**Requirements:** * Gender: Unspecified * Age: Minimum 25 years old * Education: Administrative degree or related field * Experience: Three years in administrative roles * Skills: Excellent customer service, analytical ability, organized, goal-oriented, assertive communication, and ERP system proficiency for billing (proficiency in ALPHA-SAI is mandatory or equivalent) * Knowledge: Administrative and accounting processes, Microsoft Office, logistics and shipment planning, client and supplier interaction, order and billing tracking **Main Responsibilities:** * Attending to internal and external customers * Routing incoming calls via the switchboard * Scheduling local, national, and international shipments * Generating and sending invoices via email * Preparing various reports as requested, primarily related to billing * Obtaining courier quotations for shipment dispatch * Tracking shipments * Scheduling messenger routes * Archiving documents (invoices, delivery notes, service orders) * Archiving signed receipts and/or stamped invoices Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $14,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Experience with the SAI-ALPHA system Work Location: On-site employment
