**Fleet and Workshop Supervisor** **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **Salary Range:** $20,000–$22,000 monthly net **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Description** We are seeking a responsible, organized, and experienced **Fleet and Workshop Coordinator**, with proven expertise in fleet management, vehicle logistics, and maintenance control. This position aims to ensure proper administration of the vehicle fleet and operational efficiency in repair and service processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and track the vehicle fleet. * Review and compare workshop and parts quotations. * Coordinate vehicle entry and exit for maintenance. * Record and update cost reports, service records, and vehicle movement logs. * Analyze data and support decision-making. * Follow up with external suppliers and workshops. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field). * **Minimum Experience:** 2 years managing fleets, workshops, automotive services, or parts. * **Knowledge:** * Fleet management (over 600 units). * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Negotiation with workshops and suppliers. * **Skills:** Organization, follow-up, analysis, and decision-making. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$20,000–$22,000 net**. * **Statutory benefits.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00–$22,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is the largest fleet size you have managed?
