Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of collaborator** Operative **Position objective** Ensure that processes and environmental conditions under which product is stored are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations, contributing to operational continuity. **Responsibilities and activities** **Main responsibilities of the position** **Ensure compliance with standards in finished product warehouse** * Verify that facilities and processes (shipping, receiving, storage, and picking) are performed according to established specifications. * Detect and report any deviations observed during inspections. * Record environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) and warehouse cleanliness. * Validate compliance with sampling plan and communicate updates from the Quality Management System to relevant personnel. **Ensure proper handling of controlled, blocked, or non-conforming product** * Identify and supervise segregation, handling, and disposition of non-conforming product. * Control and record entries and exits of controlled medications. * Verify and update the status of blocked/unblocked product in the system. * Review and adjust expiration dates in the system when necessary.
