Enthusiasm for fieldwork and willingness to travel. **Full Job Description** Our assistant must ensure the **correct technical, administrative, and operational execution of assigned construction projects**, guaranteeing compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and schedule requirements through efficient supervision of personnel, resources, and contractors involved in the project. **Main Responsibilities**. * Field measurements and generation of quantity takeoffs. * Preparation of administrative construction reports. * Collection of environmental, quality, and permit documentation, etc. * Material quantification. * Monitoring of work fronts in the field. **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (intern with completed internship or social service, or degree holder). * **Field of Study:** Preference for civil works or earthworks in the field. * **Required Experience:** Minimum 6 months. **Essential Software / Tools:** * AutoCAD **Desirable Knowledge:** * BIM methodologies. * Lean Construction methodology. **Key Competencies:** * Willingness to travel is essential. * Enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Leadership and communication. * Adaptability. **Working Conditions** * **Work Mode:** On-site with willingness to relocate to project sites. * **Working Hours:** Day shift, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday / Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM\. * **Location:** Willingness to commute to site. Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
