Position Summary: We are seeking a Guide with experience in AI and automation to facilitate the learning of adult professionals in virtual environments, promoting autonomy and practical application of knowledge. At Top Learning, our instructors are known as Guides, as their primary role is to facilitate learning, promoting autonomy and practical application of knowledge. **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE** **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Administration, Education, or related field (degree holder or advanced candidate). * Master's degree, diploma, or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automation, Educational Innovation, or related area (preferred). * Certifications in AI or automation tools (preferred): OpenAI, Google AI, n8n, Make, AWS, etc. **Required Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, corporate training, facilitating online courses, or mentoring adult groups. * Demonstrable hands-on experience in applied AI projects and/or process automation (not theoretical only). * Experience facilitating groups of adult professionals in virtual environments (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, or similar). * Experience with at least one no-code automation platform: n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or equivalent. **Required Knowledge** * Operational proficiency with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and at least one image generator (Nano Banana, DALL-E, Canva AI, Leonardo). * Prompt engineering: techniques including chain-of-thought, few-shot, role-prompting, and instruction system design. * AI-powered audiovisual tools: video generation (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia), audio generation (ElevenLabs), presentations (Gamma). * Basic automation with Make, n8n, or Zapier at an introductory level. * Conversational AI agents: Botpress, VAPI, custom GPTs, or equivalents. * Advanced Google Workspace: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Meet. * Advanced n8n expertise: multi-node workflows, conditional logic, error handling, webhooks, self-hosted deployment on Railway or VPS. * WhatsApp Business API: integration via BSP (Twilio, 360Dialog, or direct Meta connection), template management. * REST APIs: OAuth authentication, JSON handling, HTTP requests, response parsing. * LLM integration: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, Gemini API — system prompts, memory, function calling. * CRM integrated with n8n: Chatwoot, Kommo, Twenty, or GoHighLevel. * RAG and vector knowledge base implementation: Pinecone, Supabase pgvector, embeddings. * MCP (Model Context Protocol): functional understanding for agent implementation. **Flexible Schedules** * Saturdays and/or Sundays 09:00-12:00 * Mondays and Wednesdays 19:00-20:30 and 20:30-22:00 * Tuesdays and Thursdays 19:00-20:30 and 20:30-22:00 The above according to the offered cohort. **Compensation Offer** From $200.00 to $300.00 MXN per hour Cohorts of 14 and 28 weeks Hourly wage: $300.00 Benefits: * Flexible schedules * Remote work Work location: Remote position
