**Network Support Engineer on Site** **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of customer follow-up reports * Monitoring of equipment * Opening, tracking, and resolution of tickets with the manufacturer. * Compliance with SLAs. * Configuration of switches, routers, and network devices. * Preparation of change control documentation * Attendance at maintenance windows when necessary. * Preparation of post-mortem reports when an incident occurs. * Updating internal documentation. * Management of network and applications * Document and maintain records of incidents, solutions, and support procedures * Knowledge of the OSI and TCP/IP models. * Knowledge of Linux. * Knowledge of operating systems Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational assistance * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers License/Certification: * CCNA (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
