Coordinate operations in receiving, picking, and cable cutting areas of the CWH 2. Communicate with the CWH coordinator 3. Manage personnel: 15 employees 4. Manage resources 5. Supervise and review the warehouse team 6. Verify that work templates are complete 7. Optimize the CWH team 8. Attend meetings with the client to review status and requirements 9. Coordinate supervisors from both warehouses, review plan progress and compliance 10. Implement improvements for better warehouse operations, jointly with supervisors and operators 11. Request indirect materials required for CWH operations 12.
