We Are Looking For: Computer and telephony equipment repair technician for the branch: MACSTORE GRAN TERRAZA OBLATOS Profile: Completed high school / technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. Passion for customer attention and service. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Personalized assistance and resolution. Follow-up on performed services. Promotion and placement of additional services. Compliance with metrics and indicators. We Offer: Base monthly salary of $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements.
