We Are Looking For: A technician specializing in computer and telephone repair for the MACSTORE GRAN PLAZA branch. Profile: Completed high school education / technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephone repair. Passion for customer attention and service. Residence near the workplace. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Personalized assistance and resolution. Follow-up on completed services. Promotion and placement of additional services. Compliance with metrics and performance indicators. We Offer: Base monthly salary: $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification.
