Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust **Position Objective** Develop, lead, and optimize the e-commerce strategy to maximize sales, profitability, and digital positioning of the product portfolio. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Develop and execute the Ecommerce strategy to ensure sustainable sales growth through the digital channel. * Optimize customer experience on digital platforms to increase conversion rates, improve customer satisfaction, and foster loyalty. * Monitor and analyze digital channel performance to make data-driven decisions that continuously improve sales strategies, reduce operational costs, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Experience * Industries or companies in the health, nutrition, food, or consumer goods sectors. * Performance marketing strategies, conversion funnels, and campaign automation (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, CRM). * Management of owned online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre). Marketing processes (branding, product). Knowledge * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, databases, logical formulas). * Knowledge of category management, knowledge of the pharmaceutical, vitamins, and supplements industry. * Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and CMS. * Power BI.
