· Create the programs that will be run on the equipment. · Review the drawings of the part to be manufactured and the sequence in which they will be carried out. **Activity Description:** · Program in Mastercam for the machine to execute, or work directly at the machine. · Identify materials, square up, verify dimensions and tolerances. · Prepare the equipment to carry out the work (at how many rpm, millimeters or inches). · Verify that cutting tools and their sharpening are correct and properly installed to prevent quality failures. · Ensure the part is adequately lubricated and cooled. · Drill, if required by the drawing. · Make necessary adjustments. · Deburr the part edges. · Verify compliance with specified measurements and tolerances. · Clean the work area at the end of the shift.
