Job Description and Responsibilities **Responsibilities:** * Foster an Engagement Culture with each employee, ensuring their involvement and timely attention to their needs; identify behaviors, achievements, and individual and collective contributions, providing appropriate recognition and feedback. * 5S Culture. * Execute the daily production schedule. * Execute/Support Autonomous/Preventive Maintenance of assigned equipment. * Ensure optimal conditions for shift startup. * Actively participate in WIP cycle counts, analyze variances, and maintain Inventory Accuracy. * Ensure that Process Controls defined in the Quality Management System are performed on time. * Ensure required production documentation is available in the work area. * Conduct Performance Evaluations for direct reports. * Manage Continuous Improvement processes. * Monitor individual and group communication forums and channels. * Review process performance at established frequencies, identifying indicators or controls where results deviate from expectations. * Conduct Gemba walks to determine whether an identified problem stems from non-compliance with operating procedures or whether the procedure itself lacks capability to deliver the expected result. * Conduct Level Audits to identify potential non-compliance with operating procedures.
