Ø Proficiency in PC and Office applications Ø Proficiency in Excel Ø Proficiency in Office Equipment Ø Outlook Management IDS Diagnostic Tool (Scanner) Skills: Ø Communication Ø Handling Difficult Interactions Ø Interpersonal Relationships Ø Teamwork Ø Customer Service Ø Negotiation Ø Resilience Ø Stress Management Time Management Activities: · Receiving vehicles from customers and insurance companies · Entering work orders into the system · Estimating damage from incidents by disassembling components and supporting estimates with photographs · Following up on appraisals with insurance companies and subsequently requesting parts, if applicable · Calling customers to inform them of their vehicle’s repair status · Following up on insurance company accounts receivable · Updating the internal open-order system · Answering calls from customers and insurance companies · Delivering completed vehicles · Closing work orders for completed vehicles, verifying that labor and parts are properly charged as required by insurance companies to recover invested costs, timely and accurately · Monitoring insurance company portals and marking delivered vehicles as closed · Submitting invoices to the Credit and Collections Department for billing · Uploading invoices to insurance company payment portals, if required. We offer: Base salary + Commissions + Statutory Benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00 to 14:00 hrs.
