Job Summary: Volkswagen Galerías is seeking a Pre-owned Vehicles Back Office professional to manage digital leads, generate appointments, and route customers, contributing to the success of Agua Azul Motors. Access to continuous training programs **Opportunity to join as Pre-owned Vehicles Back Office at Volkswagen Galerías, Agua Azul Motors** Volkswagen Galerías is looking for talent to join its pre-owned vehicle sales department to handle customers arriving through digital channels. **Responsibilities** * Manage and follow up on digital leads from the Pre-owned Vehicles department. * Contact customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, company website, and phone calls. * Generate and schedule appointments for in-store customer service. * Timely follow-up with prospects and system data updates. * Route customers to Pre-owned Vehicles sales advisors. * Meet customer service and follow-up performance indicators. **Requirements** * Prior experience in similar roles (e.g., call center). * Knowledge of vehicle sales processes (desirable but not mandatory). * Ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Effective communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel. **Benefits** * Base salary plus commissions (performance-based bonuses). * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM (including two-hour lunch break); Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Access to continuous training programs. **WORK LOCATION:** Near Galerías Plaza Joining this role will enable your professional growth and contribute to the success of Agua Azul Motors.
