Opportunity for growth within the company. **Job Description:** This position involves preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining the work area in optimal condition. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare cold and hot beverages following recipes and house standards. * Take orders directly at tables and the bar. * Serve and deliver beverages to tables. * Wash and maintain bar equipment in good condition. * Perform daily cleaning of the work area. * Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. **Work Schedule:** * 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break. * Fixed day off on Mondays and some Wednesdays. **Requirements:** * Punctual, responsible, and service-oriented attitude. * Prior experience in cafés and customer service. * Enthusiasm for learning and teamwork. * Ability to work at a steady pace. **We Offer:** * Positive and team-oriented work environment. * Training in beverage preparation. * Opportunity for growth within the company.
