We are looking for a **Payroll Professional** to join our team in **Tala, Jalisco**. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and execute complete payroll and personnel management processes. * Sign and manage employment contracts. * Handle incidents with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax authorities. * Ensure compliance with employer obligations. * Provide support to employees and leaders regarding payments and benefits. * Participate in strategic projects that strengthen the efficiency of the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (certified). * Solid experience in payroll and labor/tax legislation. * **Proficiency in SAP is essential** and advanced Excel skills. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and customer service orientation. * Proficiency and knowledge of IDSE is essential. **Work Schedule:** On-site with one day of home office If you have experience in payroll processes and want to advance your professional development in a leading agro-industrial company, we are looking for you!
