Guarantee cleanliness, hygiene, area order, and equipment safeguarding. Collect and generate data on occupancy and in-house guests, and prepare internal requests for food, beverages, equipment, and supplies. Ensure operation of the consumption center. Conduct monthly inventory of operational equipment and existing supplies, and prepare reports on damaged or broken equipment. Maintain equipment control. Verify general conditions of supplies and hygienically prepare required food and beverages for breakfast. Guarantee food cleanliness and hygiene according to established standards. Verify stock levels in vending machines and request missing items from suppliers. Ensure timely restocking. Set up necessary equipment and utensils for operating the guest dining room and restock buffet supplies. Prepare mise en place. Guarantee operation and guest service. Inspect physical condition and expiration dates of all products intended for guest consumption (applying FIFO procedure). Ensure food quality and prevent waste. Maintain presence and timely contact with customers, restock buffet food, remove unoccupied utensils, and clean unoccupied tables.
