Minimum 3 years of recent experience in this role (experience in the construction sector is preferred). No restrictions on relocation to the employment area: Las Navajas, Tala, Jal. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Responsibilities:** · Fleet and driver management · Supervise and coordinate driver activities · Manage vehicle fleet maintenance and control · Ensure drivers comply with schedules, routes, and regulations · Control proper issuance, receipt, and filing of invoices · Coordinate product deliveries · Perform truck checklists · Fuel consumption performance management · Truck maintenance · Collaborative work with administrative departments Ensure training and that drivers hold valid licenses **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary from $20,000 to $22,000 All statutory benefits Direct employment by the company.
