**Position: Technical Service** Reports to: Branch Leader Works collaboratively with: Technical service colleagues, internal/external customers Location: ARIZLU ACATLAN Position type: Full-time, on-site **Position Objectives:** Coordinate the timely supply of products or services to meet customer needs at their plants, while safeguarding the environment and maintaining profitability. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** Junior high school * Preferred: Partially completed or completed high school **Experience:** 1 year as a press operator, or in machinery maintenance/support roles, or in similar positions—preferably within manufacturing companies. **Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with ink or printing processes. * Knowledge of colorimetry. * Inventory control. * Basic Excel and Word proficiency. **Soft Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, organization, assertive communication, teamwork, strategic planning, empathy, decision-making ability, and commitment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Verify product specifications at the Customer’s Plant. 2\. Ensure proper product performance on machines. 3\. Place orders with General Product´s. 4\. Schedule orders with General Product´s in a timely manner. 5\. Address product complaints or rejections by implementing corrective actions. 6\. Conduct inventory counts of product stock according to the date specified by the customer for invoicing purposes. 7\. Perform daily review of the customer’s printing schedule (to ensure product availability in inventory). 8\. Recover contaminated materials (if applicable). 9\. Notify General Product´s laboratory of any product specification changes required by the customer. 10\. Maintain equipment and work area in optimal condition. 11\. Provide technical advice and support to customers, as applicable. 12\. Maintain direct contact with customers, fostering strong relationships, attentive service, and consistent communication. 13\. Comply with the customer’s established Safety, Hygiene, Ecology, and Environmental guidelines. 14\. Ensure proper product functionality on the customer’s equipment. 15\. Perform tone matching when required. 16\. Conduct inventory counts and assume responsibility for them (First-In, First-Out principle). 17\.
