Performance-driven environment for closers SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE (LAND INVESTMENTS) \| REMOTE (GUADALAJARA MEXICO) We are looking for a high\-performing Sales Manager to help close land investment deals in the U.S. market. Must have experience in selling Real Estate preferrably investment properties in USA market. This is NOT a typical job. We’re looking for someone who wants to earn serious money, grow fast, and become a key player in a scaling business. Location: Remote (Mexico – Guadalajara MX) Language: Fully bilingual (English/Spanish REQUIRED) \-\-\- \#\#\# RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Close deals with U.S.\-based buyers and investors \- Follow up with warm leads and active negotiations \- Handle objections and drive deals to closing \- Manage pipeline and keep CRM updated \- Coordinate with internal team to finalize transactions \-HIre and Fire new sales and acquisitions. \-\-\- \#\#\# IDEAL CANDIDATE: \- Strong closer (not just a talker) \- Experience in sales (real estate, investments, auto, finance, etc.) \- Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be confident on calls \- Competitive, money\-driven, and results\-oriented \- Able to work independently (remote environment) \-\-\- \#\#\# COMPENSATION: \- Base: $800 USD bi\-weekly \- Commission: $3,000 – $10,000\+ USD/month potential (Must reach weekly/monthly sales goals) \- High earning potential for consistent closers \#\#\# OPPORTUNITY: \- Fast growth into leadership roles \- Exposure to U.S. real estate deals \- Flexible remote work \- Performance\-driven environment \-\-\- \#\#\# IMPORTANT: This role is for closers who want to earn.
