Management of relationships with strategic suppliers **Procurement Manager – Food Industry** A food manufacturing company is seeking a strategic procurement leader, focused on quality, food safety, and operational efficiency, to ensure reliable supply of raw materials and compliance with business standards. **Location and Schedule** Guadalajara, Jalisco (La Venta del Astillero area) Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $60,000 to $70,000 * Statutory benefits * 30-day bonus * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund **Key Responsibilities** * Align procurement strategy with food quality and safety policies * Ensure reliable supply of raw materials meeting quality standards * Manage and monitor procurement department KPIs * Guarantee compliance with regulations, documentation, and quality management systems * Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree * Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the food industry * Intermediate English proficiency * Willingness to relocate to La Venta del Astillero * Analytical, structured profile with operational leadership capability Salary: $60,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
