Requirements analysis and system design **Position:** SYSTEMS ANALYST **Position Objective:** Analyze, design, and produce necessary documentation to develop, implement, and optimize computer systems that satisfy the organization’s operational and strategic needs. Ensure the quality, efficiency, and performance of technological solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Requirements analysis. * System design. * Testing and validation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in this position. * Experience in systems analysis and design, project management, and technical documentation. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kotter). * Mastery of process mapping and modeling techniques. * Programming languages. * Modeling tools using UML notation. * Relational and non-relational databases. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $22,890. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance.
