Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence**Job Objective** Implement technical/regulatory training programs or plans that contribute to improving employee performance and positively impact plant productivity and regulatory compliance.**Responsibilities and Activities** Identify and report technical/regulatory training needs. Develop and implement technical training plans, staff onboarding programs, or continuous training initiatives. Conduct training for personnel, manage logistics for execution, and develop or update training support materials or tools. Track and report training plan compliance indicators, personnel qualification metrics, or other course-related KPIs; analyze training outcomes and effectiveness. Develop or update manufacturing procedures and execute activities required for their authorization and registration in the company’s documentation systems. Experience Pharmaceutical industry. Manufacturing processes. Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Pharmaceutical regulations (NOM 059 SSA1 2015\).
