You will be part of projects that not only build spaces but also **transform lives, creating purposeful and harmonious environments**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and preparation of amenities projects according to established guidelines. * Support in generating drawings, design proposals, and solutions. * Review and updating of executive projects. * Coordination with internal departments to ensure proper implementation of the design. * Monitoring of specifications, materials, and project criteria. * Support in integrating technical documentation. * Participation in proposals for space improvement and optimization. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. * Entry-level experience or internships in project development. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or design software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.). * Basic knowledge of executive project development. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Life insurance. * Grocery vouchers. * Professional development in high-impact projects. **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
